SkinFactory Bonn produced and checked all offered information in its area to its best knowledge and belief. Though no guarantee for the actuality, correctness, completeness or quality and the all time availability of the offered information is granted.

For each demand to an internet data the following seizure data is saved:

• The page, from where the data is demanded
• The name of the called data
• The date and time of the demand
• The transferred amount of data
• The seizure status (data transferred, data not found, etc.)
• The description of the web browser type resp. the applied computer system
• The IP address of the demanding computer
• The saved data is only required for technical and statistical reasons, an adjustment or a hand over to third parties, also in extracts, does not take place.

SkinFactory Bonn offers the possibility to enter personal or business data( e-mail addresses, names, etc) when writing to SkinFactory Bonn, in order to subscribe to the newsletter. The use of the offered services are explicitly at the own will of the user.

The e-mail addresses for the mailing of the newsletter are saved on the server and are only used for this reason. The subscribers of the newsletter may at any time terminate the subscription, the e-mail addresses are then automatically erased.

In each case (newsletter) the stated personal data (espec. Name, e-mail address) is only transferred for the sending of the requested information resp. for the reason stated in the single form or explicitly for the stated purpose and is not turned over to third parties.

Unfortunately we can not process encoded mails.
